Poutine - glad it is on the list. As for the haggis my mother made it on Robbie Burns day one year and we all had to have a go. The cat enjoyed it the most :-D One food that I *have* had that isn't on there: deep fried ants. The city of Bucaramanga Columbia specialises in serving hormigas - giant ants. I did give em a go.
